Studio

Everything else off the same table.

Some of it was a commission. Some was a gift. Some was a Tuesday. It’s here because you can’t tell what somebody can make for you from a list of services. Not all of it’s for sale — if you want something like one of these, just ask.

01

Wood and burning

Names, dates and illustrated scenes burned in by hand rather than printed on. Slow, and the sort of thing that gets kept.

A wooden toy box woodburned with a child's name and storybook animals
Toy box. Name plate on the front, a storybook cast around the sides.
The woodburned toy box open and filled with children's books
The same box, doing its actual job.
02

Thread and fabric

Appliqué letters, embroidery hoops, and a quilt that’s been in progress a while. The slowest category and the one least likely to be rushed.

A hand-knit scarf on a skeleton. It was cold. He wasn’t.
03

Vinyl, print and drinkware

The biggest and fastest category. Usually the punchline of somebody’s group chat, rendered in vinyl.

A custom bachelorette sweatshirt with a green screen-printed design
The theme was committed to fully.
A row of coloured tumblers each printed with a different name and nickname

A grey t-shirt with a pink and orange local joke printed on the chest
A shirt about one very specific Dunkin’.
04

Beads, paint and clay

Perler beads, painting, stickers, pottery. The category that exists because not everything needs a reason.

Commissions

If something here is close, say so.

“Like the toy box but for a niece” or “like those tumblers but eleven of them” saves us both a lot of adjectives.
