Privacy policy

This describes what happens to information you give this website. It is written plainly and it is deliberately short, because this website does not do very much.

What is collected

Anything you type into a form on this site — name, email, phone if you give it, event details, your message, and an inspiration link or uploaded file if you attach one.
Standard web server logs — kept by the hosting provider, as on essentially every website.

What it is used for

Replying to you, quoting your job, and doing the work.

Your information is not sold. It is not shared with anyone except the services needed to run the site and send email.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are stored in this website’s own database and emailed to hello@vicandyls.com. The site and this domain’s email are both hosted by a third-party web host.

How long

Inquiries are kept as long as they are useful for the work and for records.

Your choices

Email hello@vicandyls.com to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You will not be asked why.

This site does not run advertising or analytics tracking at present. WordPress may set functional cookies if you leave a comment or log in. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated to say so.
