Make the room match the idea.

Backdrops, balloons, signs, tablescapes, favors and the oddly specific details that make the whole setup feel intentional. We can handle one focal point, several connected pieces, or get into the space before you do and set it all up.

Rhode Island and the towns just over the line. Events is for when we’re handling several pieces of the day, or working on-site. Ordering one specific thing instead? That’s Custom Orders.

Start here

Three ways this usually starts.

Not packages. The scope gets set once we know the date, the place, and how much of it you want touched.

One big moment

A backdrop, balloons, a sign — one thing that carries the room.

A focal point designed to do the heavy lifting, so the rest of the room can stay simple.

Quoted by scope.

A few things that belong together

Start with the focal point, then build outward.

Signage, favors, table details, activity stations, or whatever the occasion actually needs — designed so the pieces read as one setup.

Quoted by scope.

Before the group arrives

We get into the space first.

For showers, birthdays, bachelorettes, rental houses and venues. We handle the decor and setup so the group walks into something finished.

Quoted by scope.

Set-ups

A house that’s already decorated when everyone arrives.

Bachelorette weekends, shower mornings, birthdays at a rental. You send the address and the time the group lands; we get in beforehand and do the balloons, the signs, the table, the favors, the shirts — whatever the group is actually into. Same work as an event, just somewhere with a key box instead of a venue.

A reception table set with a favour bag at every place
Bridal shower — favors set at every place before guests sat down.

Ask about this one early. It’s priced per house — depends on the place, how much of it you want touched, and how long we need in there.

We currently have two full photo backdrops — the pink barn and the Blue Jean Baby denim wall — plus a white welcome flower-box sign and simple covered arches that can be added to a setup.

Projects may include

What’s possible for your event depends on scale, venue, date and travel. It all gets confirmed in writing first.

  • Balloon installs — garlands, arches, columns, color-matched to the room
  • Backdrops — the thing everyone photographs in front of
  • Signs — mirrors, framed boards, hand-lettered
  • Seating charts — hanging tags, cut paper, whatever suits
  • Tablescapes — including a great many pumpkins in October
  • Favors — candles, popcorn cones, printed labels, organza bags
  • Activity stations — onesie decorating, photo garlands

So far: bridal showers, baby showers, weddings, bachelorette parties, birthdays, and one first birthday for a dog.

Asked every time.

Earlier is better — installs and anything printed or poured need lead time. If your date’s soon, ask anyway. Sometimes it works. Tell us the date and we’ll let you know whether it’s doable.

Depends on scale, materials and travel. Send your date and roughly what you’re picturing, and you’ll get a quote before anything’s confirmed.

Yes, when the venue needs it. Mention it in the inquiry so it’s in the quote and not a surprise at 11pm.

Send it. It tells us what you’re after far faster than adjectives do. It won’t be copied exactly.

Yes. We’ve planned DIY clubhouse weddings, showers, and themed parties (plus a murder mystery). We love lists, spreadsheets, and coordination!

Event inquiry

Tell us about the day.

What’s happening, when, and roughly where. Send the date first — that’s the thing that decides everything else.
